Tuition Costs


 Comparable 2007-2008 tuition costs for area private schools.


  • LaSalle College High School - $13,800
    St. Joseph’s Prep – $14,300
    Gwynedd-Mercy Academy - $11,700
    Mount St. Joseph Academy - $11,725
    St. Basil Academy - $8,600
     



Diocesan High School Tuition for 2008/2009 ~ This is established in January of each year by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and is the same for all 21 secondary schools, including Bishop McDevitt High School.  However, every school has a different fee structure.

  • $4,860 for each Catholic student
    $5,880 for each non-Catholic student, a student who is Catholic of another rite, or if the family is not registered in any parish.
    $3,240 each for families with 3 students attending Archdiocesan high schools
    $2,430 each for families with 4 students attending Archdiocesan high schools
    $3,402 each for Vo-Tech student (shared-time)


 
Bishop McDevitt High School Fees

Registration Fee - $150.00 due at time of registration - ($200.00 after March 1st)

School Fee – $486.00 (10% of tuition announced in January)
Due June 15, 2008 - $25.00 late fee if paid after June 30th

This fee includes Theology and Vocabulary books

Sports Participation Fee - $115.00 for first two sports played - $50.00 for third!

**($135.00 for first two sports - $70.00 for third sport ~ after due date/deadline)**

Mandatory Fundraiser – Lucky Lancer Lottery – ticket quota has a $225.00 sales requirement
