Dear Soccer
Alumnus,
My name is
Mike McGlinn and I am entering into my 8th year as the
soccer coach at Bishop McDevitt. My coaching staff and I
have been trying to build McDevitt’s Men’s soccer team into
a competitive and winning program in the Philadelphia
Catholic League.
The
majority of our players on our team are now playing club
soccer outside of our school’s program and we now have
approximately forty players who tryout for our team every
year.
We feel we are ready to take this team to the next level and
that requires school pride and involving former players like
you.
Therefore,
we are establishing
“McDevitt
Soccer Alumni”.
If you would like to be added to our Soccer Alumni

and return it to Bishop McDevitt High School as soon as
possible. You will need

We are also
starting a
McDevitt
Soccer Hall of Fame
through which we can pay tribute to our past players and
their dedication to McDevitt as well as the game of soccer.
Finally, if you would like
to make an additional contribution to help us take this
program to the next level, your generosity would be most
useful. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and would
be put directly into the soccer program at Bishop McDevitt.
