This photo belonged to the late Brother Matthew, a former McDevitt faculty member. It was one of several photos of his personal effects that were given to the school after his death. Our veteran staff and Msgr. Skelly were consulted and they agree that the photo records a McDevitt Fathers' Club event from the earliest years approximately 1959-1963. The Bishop McDevitt High School Drill team won the Championship. It was November 8, 1964.
