Athletics
Sports Physic=

All
athletes are required to complete the PIAA Sports Physical Form for
2008-2009. The form can be
downloaded at www.mcdevitths.org=
or
picked up in the Business Office.
All Athletes were given a copy of the physical before leaving in
June. Please note...the requi=
red 9th
and 11th grade physicals are not the same as the PIAA physical F=
orm.
In order for an athlete to step foot on the field or court they must have t=
he
completed PIAA form signed by a physician and a parent in the Activities
Office.
Sports Fees
All
athletes are required to pay a sports participation fee for each sport they
compete. The sports participa=
tion
fee for the 2008-2009 school year is as follows:=
$115 for the first sport; $115 for=
the
second sport; $50 for the third sport.&nbs=
p;
The Sports fee due date for fall athletics is Au=
gust
25. If an athlete does=
not
have his/her sports fee paid by that date they may be suspended from the
team. Please note…the s=
ports
participation fee is required and is not connected with any other fees that=
the
athlete might incur while playing for the team.
