The Metanoia Retreat is a retreat for the freshmen and sophomore classes at Bishop McDevitt. It is a youth rally at the Liacouras Center at Temple University. Nearly every Catholic High School from the Philadelphia Archdiocese will participate. The rally will include live music, special liturgies, Eucharistic Adoration, an address from Archbishop Chaput, and an inspirational key note presentation by well know Catholic Speaker Mike Ryan.
Please take note of the following details:
1. The retreat takes place during the school day on Monday, October 30th. They will report to school as normal by 7:30. They will be bussed to Temple University for the retreat and return for normal dismissal by 2:21.
2. The students must wear their uniforms
3. The students cannot take any food or water bottles into the Liacouras center. If they want to bring a lunch they must eat it on the bus. Normal concession will be open in to Liacouras center so students can but their lunch at the center during the retreat.
4. The students cannot bring a backpack to the retreat.
